The Challenge

A product that outperformed its brand at every level.

EcoStrong's products were strong. The reviews said so. The repeat purchase rate said so. But the packaging and messaging sent a different signal commodity, undifferentiated, easy to scroll past. In a crowded Amazon category, perception is the product. EcoStrong was losing at the signal level, not the quality level.

A brand system built to communicate quality before the buyer reads a word.

We rebuilt the identity from positioning through packaging. New visual language, refined messaging, and a packaging system designed to communicate premium performance at a glance. Every element was designed to close the gap between what EcoStrong was and what buyers were seeing.

We started with positioning defining what EcoStrong stood for and who it was speaking to. From there, identity and packaging were built as a system. Web and Amazon creative followed the same signal. Everything aligned to the same brand truth: performance you can trust, communicated clearly.
